Job summary

Mott MacDonald is a global engineering and advisory consultancy. We are seeking a Land Advisory professional to manage delivery of high‑quality land advice for major infrastructure projects.

You will co-ordinate stakeholders, work with GIS teams, and lead the production of essential documents such as Book of Reference and Land Plans while supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Geography degree or relevant discipline and experience in infrastructure land information procurement.
• Experience delivering land referencing for infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines on complex schemes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders including landowners, authorities, and solicitors.
• Interpret spatial data with GIS to produce land ownership plans.
• Produce and quality check notices, access plans and related documents.
• Manage Book of Reference, Land Plans and reporting.
• Interface with clients and lead a small team.
• Guide GIS data management and ensure compliance with land referencing requirements.
