Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a senior Land Advisory Consultant to lead multiple land projects on major infrastructure schemes. You will manage delivery of high-quality land advice, coordinate stakeholders, and work with our GIS team to produce land ownership plans.

Essentially, you will oversee the Book of Reference, Land Plans, and related documents, while mentoring junior staff. The role offers hybrid working across UK locations and opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Geography degree or related discipline required.
• Experience procuring and managing land information for infrastructure schemes.
• Proven ability to multi-task and solve problems on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate extensive stakeholder engagement including public, landowners, authorities and solicitors.
• Interpret spatial data with GIS to produce land ownership and access plans.
• Produce and check statutory notices, access agreements, and related plans.
• Engage with affected land owners and manage delivery of reference books and land plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports and interface with clients.
