Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Land Advisory professional to manage multiple projects delivering high-quality land advice for major infrastructure schemes. You will coordinate stakeholders, work with GIS data, and ensure delivery of comprehensive land plans and documents.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and Leadership in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working options in the UK.

Qualifications

• Geography degree or relevant discipline.
• Experience in land information procurement for infrastructure schemes.
• Proven ability to multi-task and solve problems on infrastructure schemes.
• Knowledge of Statutory Processes, Land Referencing, Standing Orders, and Land & Property industry.
• Experience managing land referencing teams and delivering key documents (Book of Reference, Land Plans).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders including the public, landowners, and authorities.
• Interpret spatial data with GIS & Mapping team; produce Land Ownership/Access Plans.
• Produce and quality-check statutory notices, access agreements, and plans.
• Engage with affected land owners and manage reference books and plans.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports; client interfacing; team management.
• Provide guidance on data management and land referencing requirements.
