The Role

Grade: JG6, SCP 19 – 23
Salary: £32,061 - £34,434

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? The Trust is seeking a dedicated Senior IT Technician to join our fast‑paced team and contribute to the successful delivery of IT services across our sites. The role will be based at our Chew Valley Secondary School but travel to other Trust sites may be involved. The postholder will support the development of IT within the Trust and lead provision of continuous improvements to the provision and execution of the Operational Helpdesk management and task overview of the IT Support Team. Customer service skills are essential to provide 2nd/3rd line and elevated IT Support for employees, students and parents of all Trust locations. The role is for 37 hours per week, all year round, working Monday to Friday.
