Senior IT Support Technician - MSP
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid - 3 DAYS WFH)
Salary: £32K-£35K DOE

A growing and dynamic IT Managed Services Provider supporting 60+ clients is looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical skills will be valued and developed.

Working closely with the technical team to deliver excellent IT support and consultancy services, this Senior IT Support Technician role involves a mix of remote and onsite support and project work.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd line support across Windows Server (on-prem & Azure), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and RDS
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop issues and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice)
  • Support and configure Hyper‑V
  • Assist on project work (e.g. SharePoint migrations, email migrations, Cyber Essentials+ for clients)
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and installations
  • Use service desk tools (ConnectWise Manage) to manage tickets and SLAs
  • Assist with workstation setups and fault diagnosis (hardware/software)
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and on‑site
