Job summary

Telemat IT Support in Wales is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join our team. You’ll work across 2nd/3rd line support, installations and infrastructure, helping customers resolve complex IT issues and deploy Wi‑Fi.

This hands-on role goes beyond a helpdesk, requiring practical troubleshooting, network cabling, and experience with Microsoft 365. You’ll gain variety across support tasks, installations and on-site infrastructure for a growing Welsh technology company.
