Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required Government and/or Police security clearance.

• Familiarity with operating system administration tools and telephony.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware across multiple sites.
• Resolve operating system and application-related incidents.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and site contacts.
