Job summary

Identify Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer in St Athan, South Wales to provide day-to-day IT support across a busy environment. The role covers 1st/2nd line support, hardware/software issues and ensuring devices remain operational.

The position requires strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, Windows and networking basics, and excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. The contract is 12 months, with benefits in addition to salary.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Good understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Troubleshoot networking and user-related issues
• Provide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations
