Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to become the most senior engineer in the IT support team. You will own complex issues and act as the escalation point across networking, infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services.

This hands-on role requires a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to see problems through to resolution, while guiding 1st line colleagues and maintaining thorough documentation of investigations and fixes.

Qualifications

• . Senior IT support or 2nd/3rd line engineering experience.
• . Strong networking fundamentals: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing and switching.
• . Administration experience across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment.
• . Experience with Entra ID and Intune.
• . Familiarity with Juniper switching and Palo Alto firewalls.
• . Clear communication and coaching for 1st line colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated technical issues from investigation to resolution.
• Troubleshoot networking across DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Administer and support Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Support Juniper and Palo Alto firewall environments or equivalent platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to the 1st line team and document investigations.
