Job summary

The role focuses on escalation, complex incident resolution, and proactive problem management across a 500-user national branch network. Office-based in Manchester, you’ll work closely with the 2nd Line Technician and IT transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in 2nd Line IT support and escalation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, switches, and VDI environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for 1st Line IT Support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex 2nd Line infrastructure and end-user issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
