Job summary

Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced IT professional to step into a senior technical role. You will resolve complex hardware, software, networking and cloud issues while supporting projects and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, driving incident resolution, and delivering end-to-end technical projects. Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose complex hardware, software and networking issues.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and networking incidents with limited supervision.
• Manage and maintain client IT environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Own technical issues and drive them to resolution.
• Deliver technical projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design solutions.
• Support infrastructure, cloud, and networking implementations and ongoing management.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical processes and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
