Job summary
Adria Solutions Ltd is recruiting an IT Support Engineer for Manchester. You will be the main escalation point for 1st Line and collaborate with a 2nd Line Technician on infrastructure support, improvements and incidents across a national branch network.
You’ll diagnose and resolve complex issues in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows environments, while managing Intune Autopilot and NinjaOne. Experience with VMware VDI, Palo Alto/Juniper, and Veeam is desirable.
Qualifications
- Hands-on 2nd Line infra experience with a broad Windows environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and ownership of issues to resolution.
- Experience with infrastructure projects and change-control processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for 1st Line support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex 2nd Line infrastructure issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Windows environments.
- Administer Intune, Autopilot and NinjaOne.
- Support VMware VDI across ~240 users in branch environment.
- Assist networks, firewalls and switches; work with Palo Alto/Juniper.
- Support Veeam backups and related infrastructure tech.
- Investigate root causes; contribute to IT transformation projects.
- Follow change-control and security processes; maintain docs.
