Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Technical IT role in a Microsoft environment.
• Solid understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, 2FA, and AD.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a flexible and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage robust, secure network infrastructure.
• Administer routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Oversee IP address management, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP.
• Collaborate with internal IT and Group SOC teams on security measures.
• Provide hands-on support for endpoint hardware and client installation.
