Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide 3rd Line Technical Support, act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Teams
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Liaise with 1st line and 2nd Line support and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Act as a key member of the team in planning, delivering and leading on IT Projects.
