Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer for a fast-paced MSP environment in the United Kingdom. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site and remotely, manage incidents, and help maintain client systems to high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support/engineering role.
• Experience configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Proficient with Office 365 Cloud services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites and remotely troubleshoot and resolve problems; perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management.
• Review daily priorities and act to achieve results.
• Monitor client sites for integrity, usage, and reporting while maintaining requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
