Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP, delivering on-site and remote IT support for recognised customers. You will be the first point of contact, troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and manage incidents to keep service levels high.

You will work with Office 365, Intune, RMM, Azure, and Windows Server, supporting diverse environments and collaborating with service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT role.
• Configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Office 365 Cloud management (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Intune, RMM and Telephone platform experience.
• Network infrastructure maintenance and installations.
• Ability to work with service providers and teams.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management.
• Review daily priorities and drive results.
• Monitor site integrity, usage, and reporting to meet requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
