Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP environment. You will act as the first point of contact, troubleshoot on-site and remotely, and manage incidents through our Service Desk tooling.

You will ensure high-quality support and maintain customer satisfaction across multiple platforms. The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position with hands-on experience in Cyber Essentials, GDPR security standards, Office 365 Cloud, Intune, Azure, and Windows Server environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar IT role.
• Configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory).
• Intune, RMM and telephone platform experience.
• Network infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLANs).
• Proactive collaboration with service providers and adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLA.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management.
• Review daily priorities to achieve results.
• Monitor customer sites' integrity and reporting to meet business needs.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
