Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Engineer for a fast-paced MSP role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site and remotely, and manage incidents through the Service Desk.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and skills in Cyber Essentials, GDPR security, Office 365, Intune, RMM, Azure, Windows Server, and cross-platform support (Windows 10/11 and Mac). The company offers a salary of £30,000–£40,000 and 40 days holiday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT role with hands-on technical experience.
• Experience configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Expertise in Office 365 Cloud, Intune, RMM and telephone platforms (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS client environments and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Review daily priorities and drive results.
• Monitor site status, usage and reports to meet business needs.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
