Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP team in the United Kingdom. You will be the frontline contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site and remote issues, and manage incidents through our service desk tooling.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software maintenance, cybersecurity standards, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar IT role, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office 365, Intune, RMM, and networking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT/tech support role
• Experience configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards
• Experience with Office 365 Cloud services
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telephony platforms
• Network infrastructure maintenance and installations
• Strong customer support and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac systems
• Familiar with imaging and client builds
• Ability to work on-site and on customer sites

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers
• Troubleshoot onsite and remote issues and perform scheduled maintenance
• Manage incidents and requests via Service Desk Tool
• Keep customers updated per SLAs
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management
• Review daily priorities and take appropriate actions
• Monitor site integrity and reporting while meeting business requirements
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware/software
• Document processes and record tickets
• Handle high-priority incidents on-site and off-site
