Job summary

Emplyfy, a fully fledged MSP, is seeking an IT Engineer to join its fast-paced team in the United Kingdom. You will be the initial contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site, manage incidents, and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer communication, and the ability to work with diverse platforms. With 5+ years in a similar role, you will handle Cyber Essentials, GDPR security standards, Office 365, Intune, RMM, Azure, and Windows/Mac environments while

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar IT role.
• Configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Experience with Office 365 Cloud services.
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telephone platforms.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
• Azure administration and Windows/macOS familiarity.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers.
• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve issues and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases within SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when needed.
• Review priorities and take necessary actions to achieve results.
• Monitor site integrity, usage, and reporting to meet business needs.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and tickets for outstanding work.
• Handle high-priority incidents on-site and remotely.
