Job summary

Emplyfy, an established international MSP, seeks an IT Engineer to join its fast-paced team in the United Kingdom. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site and remote issues, manage incidents, and ensure SLA-aligned updates.

The role requires strong security and Office 365 expertise, plus experience with Intune, RMM, and network infrastructure. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, with hands-on experience across Windows Server, Azure, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory).
• Intune and RMM and Telephone platform experience.
• Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLANs).
• Ability to proactively support and collaborate with service providers.
• Familiar with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (Group Policies, Security Policies).
• Azure administration and implementations.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and Mac.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues, and carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Manage incoming incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on their cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take the necessary action to achieve results.
• Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites, including usage, revisions, views and reporting.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
