Job Title: Senior IT Engineer

Department: Support Services

Location: Oxfordshire with travel to client sites and training venues

Work Model: Hybrid Working with 1-2 days in the office

Salary: Up to £45,000 Depending on experience

We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of expertise and customer service across our entire range of products and services that include network security, email and multi-site IT systems. The Technical team handle a wide range of support requests, project commissioning and presales technical enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd Line support to customers via telephone, email and remote control for the range of products and services that our client provide
  • Monitor and troubleshoot customer environments using our support and monitoring systems
  • Research, recommend, plan and implement infrastructure system projects
  • Administer and maintain key client infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra, LAN, WAN, Internet access, security and hosted Exchange.
