Our Wholesale & Foodservice division is an integral part of Circana and our objective is to remain the first point of call for the insight and analytical requirements of the world’s leading CPG manufacturers.
In the role of Senior Insight Manager (SIM) your responsibility will be to support a varied list of manufacturing clients who have insight services as part of their ongoing contractual commitments with the team. These insight services are highly valued by clients and help encourage tangible change within Convenience Foodservice and OOH channels that they operate within.
For this role we are seeking an inquisitive minded individual with an understanding of the intricacies of the Wholesale and Foodservice channels and how these channels must be thought about and managed differently to other traditional sectors like the Grocers.
Our SIM will be working alongside our Insight Director to effectively manage the entire insight deliverable process for our clients from scoping and briefing right through to delivery and future planning. There will be ample opportunity to work across multiple clients across multiple categories which come together to provide a great learning option for the successful candidate. You will also have the chance to deliver a range of proactive insight pieces to amplify Circana’s thought leadership in our channels as well as driving broader client interest in our business.
Reporting to our Insight Director in Wholesale CPG, the SIM will be responsible ensuring we deliver continued value and impact for our team’s current book of clients as well as helping support in the continued effort to expand our list of clients.
As well as managing client insight briefs from start to finish the SIM will also be responsible for existing monthly reporting outputs (data gathering, refreshing, and ultimate delivery of these). These outputs provide a crucial component to our clients’ day to day understanding of current trends and dynamics taking place in the Wholesale and Foodservice channels.
Relationship building with key colleagues and teams elsewhere in the Circana business to ensure client satisfaction remains high is essential as well as pursuing opportunities to present a One Circana united front to clients wherever possible.
Participation in industry events and exhibitions may also be required.
