Role : Senior IT Support Engineer

Location : Manchester

Salary : £32,000-£37,000

Full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

This expanding company is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of both project delivery and advanced support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering and supporting solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, device management, security, and cloud-based systems.
  • Acting as a senior engineer for escalated issues & providing support for more junior members of the team.
  • Planning and implementing technical projects.
  • Working closely with technology partners and clients to design and optimise solutions.
  • Creating documentation, technical guides, and clear handover material for both clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting day-to-day service operations, including onboarding and upkeep of client environments.
Key Skills
  • Previous experience in a managed services or IT services environment.
  • Strong technical capability across O365, Azure, networking, Intune / MDM, and general infrastructure.
  • Experience delivering technical projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Confident handling complex escalations and supporting more junior members of staff.
  • Able to manage workload independently and drive tasks through to completion.
