About the Role

Wright Staff is launching a temporary industrial recruitment desk and is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Consultant ready to step into management. This is a start‑up temp desk, backed by a strong and established client base built over 20+ years through our driving and permanent recruitment divisions. You will have the opportunity to build, grow, and lead the industrial desk with clear progression into management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a temp industrial desk from scratch
  • Win new business and grow existing client relationships
  • Convert existing clients into industrial opportunities
  • Manage and grow accounts, fill rates, and margins
  • Lead and develop resourcers / consultants as the desk grows
  • Work closely with senior management on growth and performance
About You
  • Proven experience in temporary industrial recruitment
  • Strong billing and business development background
  • Ready to step into management or already mentoring others
  • Commercial, driven, and hands‑on
