Job summary

A leading aviation services company is seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide HR support for contract tenders and mergers across the UK. The role involves guiding restructures, managing TUPE processes, and harmonizing HR initiatives within a unionized environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, be CIPD qualified, and possess at least 10 years of relevant management experience. The position is based in London but involves significant travel across the station network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a senior HR Management role.
• Demonstrable experience managing HR Projects and transformation.
• Experience with acquisition, integration, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for contract tenders and M&A activities.
• Introduce performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Develop HR KPIs/metrics for improved analytics and decision-making.
