Overview

Senior HR Manager with Financial Services experience is required by an Asset Management company in the West End. Location: London. Type: Permanent. Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 per annum. Sector: Human Resources. Date: 25 Sep 2025. Email: duncan@taylorjamesresourcing.com. Ref: db25092025.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic and hands-on operational overview of the full employee lifecycle.
  • Management responsibilities for Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition.
  • Advising and Business Managers on ER matters.
  • Representing HR on Operations Committees, Remuneration, Promotion, etc.
  • Management of the employee lifecycle and HR operation activities.
  • Mentor the HR Team.
  • Review policies and procedures across the HR function.
  • Manage the team responsible for implementing HR processes with efficiency, while ensuring employment regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislations are all in place, and uphold the company values.
  • Support all employees, build strong relationships and represent the staff perspective in decision-making at management and executive level.
  • Experience within Investment / Asset Manager or other financial markets orientated organisation is highly preferred.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Senior HR leadership within Financial Services / Asset Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, HR operations, policy development and compliance.
  • Ability to lead and mentor HR teams; effective stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Location requirement: London with a mix of in-office and remote work (currently 4 days in office and 1 from home).
