  • Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the business.
  • Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring.
  • Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
  • Drafting people policies and updating the Colleague Handbook.
  • Sickness and absence management.

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in shaping and nurturing our strong company culture, with a primary focus on colleague relations, wellbeing, acquisitions and reporting. Hours: Monday-Friday

Location: Teddington, TW11, Greater London (full time on-site)

Salary: Depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
  • Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
  • Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
  • Reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
  • Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
  • Implement new colleague benefits platform.
  • Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook.
  • Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
  • Sickness and absence management.
  • Maternity and paternity processes.
Requirements
