Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data analysis within HR or similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR data systems, ideally HiBob.
  • Ability to lead analytics projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data quality assurance and governance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics workstreams from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems.
  • Deliver actionable strategic insights through analytical tools.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Manage and clean data to support governance and quality assurance.
