Senior HR Business Partner

London / Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

£90,000- £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Network HR has partnered with a prestigious global Asset Management firm to hire a newly scoped Senior HR Business Partner based in London. The role supports the investment client group, providing strategic and operational HR business partnering. As the business scales and expands across Europe, this newly created role will support and drive that growth. While the position may evolve, responsibilities will be split 60% HR business partnering and 40% HR project management.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy and build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, facilitating organisational design and transformation programmes.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, aligning with organisational objectives and supporting managers to address performance issues and develop a high-performance culture.
  • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage 1 junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives and coach for continued development.
  • Support project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Experienced background in Financial Services; Asset Management experience would be highly beneficial.
