You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold brand standards and foster a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading hotel operations at a senior level.
• Proven ability to coach department heads and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support hotel operational departments to meet service standards.
• Provide coaching and development to department heads and staff.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and service levels across the hotel.
• Resolve operational challenges professionally and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure Marriott brand standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to support hotel success.
• Create a motivating environment where teams feel empowered to succeed.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and build relationships with guests and associates.
