• Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations overnight.
• Ensure high levels of hospitality and create a welcoming environment.

• Coordinate handover from Night to Day team.
• Ensure night audits are completed accurately.
• Oversee financial-related duties during the night.
• Assist HR activities including payroll and recruitment.
• Support and develop supervisors and team members.
• Ensure guest safety and wellbeing during the night.
