Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is seeking a confident Night Manager to lead overnight operations and maintain exceptional guest service. You will oversee the night team, manage guest enquiries, and ensure accurate night audits while supporting payroll and recruitment.

We are looking for hotel or front office management experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to guest safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or front office management with night-shift exposure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of night audit procedures and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during overnight hours as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure the highest hospitality standards and a welcoming environment for guests.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate the handover of information from Night to Day teams.
• Ensure accuracy of night audits and related financial duties.
• Assist with HR activities including payroll and recruitment.
• Support and develop supervisors and team members.
• Maintain guest safety, security and wellbeing throughout the night.
