Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight operations, maintain the highest hospitality standards, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. You will supervise the night team, manage guest inquiries, oversee night audits, and support HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or front office management with night audit procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Oversee all hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate handover of information from Night to Day teams and ensure accurate night audits.
• Oversee financial-related duties and assist with HR activities including payroll and recruitment.
• Support and develop night team supervisors and staff.
• Ensure safety, security and well-being of guests during the night.

We have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office team for a Night Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the night operations and ensuring the Front Office runs smoothly and efficiently whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

You will be:

• Serving as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during overnight
• Ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided and promoting a welcoming environment for our guests
• Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Co-ordinating the smooth transition of information from the Night team to the Day team
• Ensuring the night audits are completed accurately
• Overseeing the smooth running of financial related duties
• Assisting with HR related activities including payroll and recruitment
• Supporting and developing supervisors and team members
• Ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests throughout the night

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for an experienced and confident Night Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You will have previous hotel or front office management experience with an understanding of night audit procedures and health and safety. You will have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills and have a proactive approach to ensuring our guests have a safe, comfortable and memorable stay.
