A leading health organization in North Wales is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for the Evening & Overnight Nursing Service. This role involves delivering patient care, supporting the Registered Nurse, and working flexible shifts across Wrexham and Flintshire. Applicants should possess a Level 3 qualification in a health care related subject, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in demanding situations. We currently have the following Band 3 Health Care Support Worker vacancies within the East Area Evening & Overnight District Nursing Service:
Band 3 - 2 x 15 hours per week
The Service operates across Wrexham and Flintshire counties and the team are based in Wrexham. The service covers the hours between 6.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Full induction into the posts will be supported, with opportunities for further career development.
The role will be to support the Registered Nurse in delivery of planned and unplanned patient care to patients and offer support to formal and informal carers in their own homes and care homes.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
