Moxy Manchester City Hotel in Manchester is seeking a full-time on-site Reservations role. You will manage enquiries and bookings across direct, Marriott and agency channels, ensuring accurate rates, terms and guest profiles.

Collaborating with the General Manager, RMS, Sales and KE Hotels Sales, you will drive occupancy, handle group contracts, and coordinate with Front Office and Finance to deliver a seamless booking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations and end-to-end group bookings.
• Supervisory or management experience desirable.
• Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and forecasting.
• Familiar with Marriott RMS, MarRFP, MiNT and Lighthouse.

Responsabilités

• Manage enquiries and bookings across direct, Marriott and agency channels.
• Handle group enquiries, quotations, contracts and follow-up.
• Coordinate blocks, rooming lists, deposits and approvals.
• Review occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and pricing decisions.
• Maintain OPERA, MARSHA, EMPOWER systems and data integrity.
• Build booker and agency relationships supporting KE Hotels Sales.
