Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Group Sales Executive based at our Glasgow support office to drive group bookings across Moxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels in the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Responsibilities include tailoring proposals, drafting contracts, negotiating to maximise revenue, and coordinating handovers to hotel teams, maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive, service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or guest services, or a relevant degree.
• Knowledge of group booking processes.
• Team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming group requests and tailor proposals.
• Build relationships with clients and identify repeat business.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Draft contracts, proposals, and booking documents.
• Negotiate bookings to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate system updates and handovers to hotel teams.
