Job summary

Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking a Group Sales Executive based in Glasgow to manage group bookings across our Moxy, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels portfolio. You will convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring precise handling of every detail.

You will build strong client relationships, tailor proposals, and coordinate across multiple properties to maximise revenue. This role requires a sales-driven, customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area OR a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Knowledge of the group process.
• Team player.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Group Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for group bookings across our portfolio of Moxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels throughout the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Handling incoming group requests and tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities.
• Responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email, and following up to close deals.
• Drafting contracts, proposals, and booking documentation with precision.
• Negotiating and securing bookings to maximise revenue potential.
• Managing operational aspects of bookings, including system updates and coordination.
• Ensuring smooth handovers to hotel teams with complete and accurate information.
