HR-CL Ltd in Manchester is seeking a commercial, data-driven Reservations Manager to drive room revenue and booking pace. You will manage day-to-day reservations, optimize OTA channels, analyze booking trends, and uncover opportunities to maximize yield and occupancy.

Based at a vibrant hotel in the heart of Manchester with excellent transport links, you will own revenue strategy, distribution and room yield while enjoying hotel discounts and employee perks.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Reservations Manager, Deputy Reservations Manager, or Senior Reservations Coordinator in a hotel environment.
• Hands-on experience using Opera PMS (or similar hotel management platforms).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in tracking booking pace and OTA performance.

Mansioni

• Pace & yield analysis: monitor booking pace, compare with historical data and market trends.
• OTA & channel management: manage OTA channels, ensuring inventory visibility and price parity.
• System operations: oversee reservations, group bookings, and guest queries with accuracy.
• Reporting & forecasting: provide weekly/monthly pacing updates and demand forecasts.
• Drive direct conversion and revenue strategy for room yield.
• Collaborate with GM and sales team to maximize occupancy and ADR.
