AECOM is seeking a Client Account Manager and Contractor Relationship Lead (Transmission & Distribution) in Glasgow. This hybrid role focuses on growing strategic client relationships, leading sales and business development, and coordinating internal teams to deliver large energy programs with excellence.

The ideal candidate will have senior client management experience in Grid Modernisation, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of driving growth and value for major Tier 1 contractor

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, energy, or related field.
• Experience in Grid Modernisation or energy sector is advantageous.

• Be accountable for meeting growth objectives for the client and contractor portfolio.
• Support Capture Managers to win and project managers to deliver large programs.
• Raise AECOM's profile with clients and across the energy sector by delivering value and innovation.
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth and align teams with client vision.
• Mentor colleagues in building strong relationships across the organisation.
• Own AECOM's financial success with the client in partnership with Project Leadership.
• Establish effective processes to ensure high-quality delivery and client service.
• Identify high-risk areas and take proactive actions to improve outcomes.
• Standardize approaches to working with the client and identify long-term trends.
• Champion ethical and safe working practices within the team.
• Lead business development activities and renewals within the account.
• Grow the pipeline with opportunities and repeat work, ensuring client satisfaction.
