Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Client Account Director to lead key Grid Modernisation client relationships within the EURI Energy team. The role focuses on growth, client satisfaction and delivering AECOM’s capabilities across geographies and business lines.

You will influence strategy, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with internal groups to maximize client value. A strong networker with senior-level energy sector experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience at a senior level in infrastructure advisory, consulting or engineering with client accounts in the Energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth and value propositions.
• Proven track record in sales, business development strategy and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet growth objectives for the client portfolio and develop long-term relationships.
• Support bid capture and project delivery for large programs.
• Drive differentiation by delivering value, innovation and strong client service.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage risk, identify opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
