Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior leader to own and grow our Grid Modernisation accounts within the Energy sector. You will drive growth, lead strategic sales and business development, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value for our key clients and Tier 1 contractors.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Grid Modernisation or equivalent advisory/consulting.
• Strong commercial acumen and client engagement across complex ecosystems.
• Proven track record in sales production, business development strategy and value propositions.
• Experience engaging with government and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth for Grid Modernisation accounts and drive revenue in the Energy sector.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with Capture Managers and Project Leaders.
• Develop and nurture key client contacts, networks and repeated business opportunities.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
