Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior contractor relationship lead in the Grid Modernisation sector. You will drive growth, manage key client relationships, and influence internal strategy through innovative sales and business development leadership.

You will coordinate with Strategy, Marketing and Communications to enhance client development and win work while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. Hybrid work options offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Grid Modernisation or energy infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead sales across large client accounts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for meeting growth objectives for their client and contractor portfolio.
• Support Capture Managers to win and Project Managers to deliver large programs.
• Raise AECOM’s profile in the energy sector through value, innovation and client service.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth and align internal teams to client vision.
• Lead the pursuit of significant new business and renewal of large-scale agreements.
