Job summary

AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Grid Modernisation sales and strategy lead to drive growth across key client accounts and contractors. You will be the primary contact across selected accounts, shaping delivery, and aligning internal capabilities with client needs.

You will champion innovation, build lasting relationships with Tier 1 contractors and government partners, and lead cross-functional teams to win, deliver and expand major programs in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Build on existing relationships with key Tier 1 contractors.
• Experience in senior-level roles within infrastructure advisory or consulting.
• Strong Grid Modernisation sector knowledge.
• Proven sales production metrics and business development skills.
• Ability to network with Government and clients and speak at events.

Responsibilities

• Meet growth objectives for client and contractor portfolios.
• Support Capture Managers to win and PMs to deliver large programs.
• Raise AECOM’s profile in energy sector through value and innovation.
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client satisfaction.
