AECOM is seeking a senior contractor relationship lead in the Energy sector to drive growth and shape strategy across key Grid Modernisation accounts in the UK. You will lead client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and secure major programmes while maintaining a focus on value, quality and risk management.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Marketing and Communications to win work, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding client experiences. Hybrid work options are offered.

• Own growth objectives for key Grid Modernisation client and contractor portfolios.
• Support Capture Managers to win and project managers to deliver major programmes.
• Raise AECOM's profile by delivering value, innovation and strong client service.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth and align internal teams to client vision.
• Mentor team members and manage overall financial success with the client.
