From performance-led digital campaigns to striking OOH activations, this role combines creative leadership with commercial impact, the successful applicant will oversee daily workflow, creative consistency, and output across all brand touchpoints—ensuring every visual speaks the brand language with clarity and style.

The Role
  • Lead and manage the daily operations and creative output of the Graphic Design team.
  • Oversee project workflows, timelines, and resourcing across campaigns, CRM, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Establish and track measurable design KPIs to maintain high standards and drive timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, feedback sessions, and resource planning meetings.
  • Safeguard and elevate the brand identity across all channels and design touchpoints.
  • Build clear, efficient design systems, templates, and structured creative processes.
  • Review and approve final design output, ensuring alignment with brand tone and creative vision.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and social teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Oversee large-scale creative projects including OOH, pop-ups, packaging, paid media, and brand events.
  • Translate creative concepts into scalable, commercially effective solutions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools, driving innovation through regular competitor and inspiration reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, inspiring, and forward-thinking creative culture within the team.
