We are currently recruiting for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a thriving team of ground investigation engineers at a head office located in Derby. As a successful candidate, you will play a critical role in the design, supervision, and management of site investigations, interpretative reporting, and mentorship of team members. This opportunity offers an attractive salary range and plenty of room for continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the design, supervision, and management of site investigations
  • Preparation of interpretative reports and earthworks specifications
  • Mentoring and managing team members
  • Assisting in the collation of all project Health & Safety documentation
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
  • A degree in Earth Sciences, ideally with an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in ground investigation within the UK
  • Proficiency in geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design
  • Membership in the Geological Society (or similar) and working towards chartered status
  • Full UK Driving License is essential
  • Resident in or near Nottingham
  • Full right to work in the UK
