Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the FP&A function, developing best‑in‑class processes, models, and reporting.
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial teams, translating data into meaningful insight.
  • Delivering budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and performance analysis.
  • Challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic decision‑making.
  • Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to support financial and operational visibility.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members as the function continues to grow.

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with FP&A or commercial finance experience.
