As a Senior Forecasting Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining accurate short- and long-term forecasts to support both telephony and back-office operations. You'll collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to align capacity with demand, ensuring data-driven decision-making supports recruitment, training, and service delivery. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and high performance. You'll also take the lead in optimising the use of workforce management tools and analytics systems to enhance operational outcomes.
