Serco is undertaking a significant Finance Transformation, reshaping how core finance processes are executed and governed across the UK business and we have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Senior Finance Manager - Revenue to lead revenue execution within the UK Finance Hub. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for revenue recognition and associated balance sheet processes across the UK Division and its Joint Ventures. You will lead on-shore and off-shore teams, sit at the centre of month-end close, audit and forecasting, and work closely with Global Process Owners to embed consistent, well-controlled revenue processes aligned to IFRS 15.
